Our current Trust priority in Safeguarding is online safety.
Our Trust lead attended the NSPCC Conference on 20th and 21st June 2018 in London and is following up with cross Trust training in the Autumn term.
Designated Safeguarding Leads and Deputies: We have a team of well trained and reflective Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL's) across Bridge Trust. Intra school support is enabled through our collaborative approach to learning lessons, based on recent experiences. We are using 'My Concern' safeguarding software for a consistent and effective approach across the Trust.
What the children think: about safety:
“ I feel safe at school because the teachers look after us”
"Because we are a small school everyone feels safe because we all know each other!”
"I like going to this school because the adults are kind and it is near to my home.”
