Our School Meals are provided by Caterlink, but cooked in-house by Mrs Sam Rundle our cook. They are delicious! There is a choice of a vegetarian option or a jacket potato, as well as the main meal. All children in EYFS and KS1 get a free, hot meal very day. Children can bring a packed lunch if they choose to. The children sit to eat their meals in 'family groups' so that the older ones can help the younger ones with their food, and set a good example of manners and behaviour.
In good weather, pupils with packed lunches can eat outside. Even if your child is in EYFS or KS1 and gets a free meal anyway, it is worth finding out if you are eligible for Pupil Premium. The school benefits from this and you may get help with trips and other expenses. See the link below:

From June 29th 2020, Blisland Primary is open only for children of key workers, vulnerable groups, Reception, Year 1, Year 6 and Year 5 children. We will update parents and carers regularly as the situation changes.
